Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only applicable within 6 days from the date of delivery.
Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues.Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for exchange.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions:

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to gift cards, final sale items, and personalised or customised items. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
